The Premier Vascular Services team provides state-of-the-art treatment for all circulatory conditions. We are East Tennessee’s largest group of board-certified vascular surgeons, many of whom are endovascular fellowship-trained.

Peripheral Arterial Disease

Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) affects more than 10 million Americans, most over age 50. A common and potentially deadly disease, PAD occurs when blood flow to the arteries of the legs is blocked, commonly known as “hardening of the arteries.” With endovascular surgery, our vascular team combines imaging technology with precision instruments for angioplasty or to place a stent, which reestablishes circulation.
