Premier Surgical Associates has named Jay Rom, MBA, CPA, as Chief Executive Officer. Rom has more than three decades of experience as a healthcare executive serving in CFO, COO, and CEO roles for a variety of primary care, cardiology, radiology and urology physician groups, as well as surgery centers, and hospital systems.
Rom has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wright State and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University

Rom replaces Kevin Burris, who is retiring after serving as Premier Surgical’s CEO for more than 28 years.
