Aside from providing a convenient way to access your medical records, you can also do the following in our Patient Portal:
- See your lab results
You can view your lab results in the Summary page under the Lab Results section.
- Fill out history forms
Save time during your doctor’s appointments by filling out the requested history forms in advance. You can do this in the portal by clicking My Health and select Health History Forms. - Request a medication prescription refill
In just a few minutes, you can request for a medication prescription refill. You can do this under My Medications in the My Health section. - Send and receive secure communications to and from your provider
