1) HUMBLE: Thinks more of others and the team than themselves. Easily admits mistakes and weaknesses. Shares credit for accomplishments. Believes that no task is "beneath them". They have little ego when it comes to needing attention for their contributions and they are comfortable sharing their accolade or even occasionally missing out on them.

2) HUNGRY: Self-motivated and dligent. Does more than what is required in their job. Always thinking of hte next step or opportunity to contribute. They work with a sense of energy, passion, and personal responsibility, taking on whatever they possibly can for the good of the team.

3) PEOPLE SMART: Shows empathy and has an interest in the lives of teammates. Is an attentive listener. Is aware of how their words and acctions affect co-workers. Works and plays well with others. They say and do the right thing to help teammates feel appreciated, understood, and included, even when difficult situations arise that require tough love.

4) TEAMWORK: Looks for ways to help other coworkers with tasks. Willing to take on lower-level or extra work to help the team. Has a sense of personal responsibility for the team's success.They are more likely to be vulnerable and build trust, engage in productive but uncomfortable conflict with team members, commit to a group decision even if they initially disagree, hold their peers accountable when they see performance gaps that can be addressed, and put the results of the team ahead of their own needs.
