Premier Surgical is converting to a new Patient Portal and Electronic Medical Records system. We temporarily have TWO Patient Portals. Please login into the appropriate Patient Portal below.

If you are a newer Premier Surgical patient (your initial office visit was AFTER April 22, 2024) please use our new Cerner Health Portal by clicking the GREEN BUTTON.

If you were a Premier Surgical Patient BEFORE April 22, 2024, please click the BLUE BUTTON and use the previous My Health Record Portal. Please note: the My Health Record Portal will not be available after November 1, 2024.
