Joseph B. Thurman, MD, FACS

Dr. Joseph Thurman is a board-certified general surgeon with the Premier Surgical office at Fort Sanders Regional in Knoxville, TN. He specializes in a variety of minimally invasive procedures, including the treatment of appendix, gall bladder, colon and hernia conditions, as well as other emergent general surgery conditions. Dr. Thurman serves as a Surgicalist, providing acute care surgical treatment for patients who present to the Fort Sanders Regional Emergency Room. He joined Premier Surgical Associates in 2017.
