FREE BARIATRIC SEMINARS
Both New Life Center for Bariatric Surgery and Foothills Weight Loss Surgeons offer free, online informational weight loss seminars to help prospective patients understand the different weight loss surgery procedures and the bariatric process. Watching or attending an information session is required by most insurances that cover bariatric surgery. Patients must watch a seminar before scheduling a consultation with one of the bariatric surgeons.
ONLINE SEMINARS
To view either online seminar, complete the registration form and log in using a Chrome, FireFox or Safari browsers. Each video is approximately 35 minutes long and includes a quiz. After completing the seminar and quiz, please contact the office to confirm that we have received your registration information.
$12,850 Self-pay Gastric Sleeve available at Premier Surgery Center
If your insurance doesn’t cover Bariatric Surgery and you are an appropriate candidate, Dr. Colquitt and Dr. William offer the Sleeve Gastrectomy procedure at the Premier Surgery Center for the self-pay package price of $12,850. The fee includes the surgeon, facility, and BLIS insurance for complications. Expanded BLIS coverage is available for an additional $500.
