Vascular Access Coordinator (RN, LPN or CMA)

Location: Premier Surgical Papermill Drive
Full Time: Monday – Friday

The Vascular Access Coordinator is first an advocate for the patient. Responsible for scheduling and coordination of all needs of the patient with Acute or Chronic Renal Failure. Then primarily responsible for key relationship management with Nephrologists, Dialysis Clinic Managers and clinical staff members. The successful candidate will be friendly, outgoing and enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with patients, physicians and office staff.

The Vascular Access Coordinator should be intimately familiar with each patient’s progress from original fistula/graft to first dialysis treatments, to follow-up access maintenance and be constantly in contact with all the key stakeholders reporting patient condition following every procedure involving any interaction with Premier.


  • Current RN, LPN or Certified Medical Assistant, with 2+ years experience
  • Experience with hemodialysis access patients strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in the preoperative and postoperative care of procedural patients strongly preferred.
